Cancelation Policy

Can't make your appointment anymore?

48 hours notice

Harley's K9 Kingdom, is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being serviced. No shows and late cancelations, have an impact on service quality while punishing other clients who may show up earlier. For these reasons, Harley's has implemented a cancelation policy that will strictly be observed.

All cancelations must be made in advance of our 48 hour policy prior to your reservation to avoid being charged in full.

Cancelations that are made under the 48 hour time frame, will be charged in full for the service and duration originally booked for due to the inconvenience and lost space. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2 weeks notice

Harley's requires a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all cancelations during the holidays and peak seasons. Cancelations  made within this time-frame, will be charged in full for the service and duration that's been booked and confirmed. Payments will be collected prior to arrival via e-transfer or in person.

No Shows

If you have a confirmed booking, and decide to not show or cancel within the 48 hour window, you will be charged in full for the inconvenience. For repeated no shows, you will be discharged and unable to return to Harley's for all services.

Deposits

Harley's requires a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit for every booking made by phone or email. Without a deposit, Harley's cannot provide the service you've requested for. Payments can be made through e-transfer, or in person. If you are a new client, an email will be sent time of registration and booking as a confirmation of payment.
